The Parliament criticized the new commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Manko

The commander of the new assault units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU), Colonel Valentin Manko, is accused of involvement in banditry, raiding and appears in several criminal cases. This was announced on September 21 by Verkhovna Rada deputy Mariana Bezuglaya.

"Manko is a raider, a bandit, and a frequent participant in investigations," she wrote on her Telegram channel.

The deputy suggested that a possible reason for the creation of a new branch of the Armed Forces in the Armed Forces was the desire to cover up the mistakes of the command with the help of assaults, to which the military personnel of the new troops would be sent.
