Air defense forces shot down 13 Ukrainian UAVs over Belgorod and Kursk regions

Russian air defense systems shot down 12 drones of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) over the territory of the Belgorod and Kursk regions in the period from 12:00 to 15:00 Moscow time. This was announced by the Russian Defense Ministry on September 22.

"In the period from 12:00 to 15:00 Moscow time, 13 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles of an airplane type were destroyed by air defense systems on duty," the department's Telegram channel says.

It is specified that nine UAVs were neutralized over the territory of the Belgorod region, four more over the territory of the Kursk region.
