He recalled that the participants of the Great Patriotic War (WWII) receive financial compensation thanks to the Federal Law "On Veterans." Children with disabilities and adults with disabilities of all groups are protected by the Federal Law on Social Protection of Persons with Disabilities in the Russian Federation.
