Three people were injured in a massive bus accident in the Pskov region.
Near Velikiye Luki in the Pskov region, three people were injured in a collision between three cars and a bus. This was reported to the Pskov news feed by the press service of the regional department of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia.
The accident occurred on Saturday, September 20, on the 677th km of the Ustyuzhna–Velikiye Luki–Nevel highway. A PAZ bus driven by a 47-year-old man crashed into a VAZ-2115 with a 47-year-old driver at the wheel, who was driving in front and at that moment was trying to turn left at the intersection.
Then the VAZ collided with an oncoming Volkswagen Phaeton, and then crashed into a Lada Priora driven by a 41-year-old man.
As a result of the accident, a 50-year-old Priory passenger, a 33-year-old Volkswagen driver and her 27-year-old passenger were injured. All three were hospitalized with various injuries.
On September 19, a passenger bus en route from Moscow to Kuznetsk and a passenger car collided on the 60th km of the federal highway M-5 Ural in the Penza region. As a result of the incident, three people were killed and three more were injured.
