The full business program of the International Forum "Russian Energy Week 2025" is published on the event's website. The forum will be held in Moscow on October 15-17. The main theme is "Creating the energy of the future together." More than 60 thematic sessions and business dialogues will be held within the framework of the REN with the participation of more than 100 speakers, divided into thematic blocks: "International cooperation", "Sustainable development: adaptation to a new reality", "Technology as a key driver of energy development" and "Fuel and Energy Complex of Russia: development strategy". The central event of the business program will be the plenary session.

"The Russian Energy Week retains the status of one of the key discussion platforms for discussing the most relevant trends in the development of the modern fuel and energy complex. This year, the participants will discuss key issues of the industry's development, new challenges, obstacles and successes of joint work. The REN-2025 business program was formed taking into account the industry's request for updating and developing new approaches in production. The Forum will address issues of improving the efficiency of working with traditional energy resources in the face of growing demand for them, discuss strategies for the development of all areas of extraction and processing, as well as the possibilities of low-carbon energy. I am confident that the meeting of the leaders of the energy sector at the same venue will traditionally strengthen mutually beneficial cooperation between government agencies, corporations and companies in a number of strategic areas," said Alexander Novak, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation.

Within the framework of the International Cooperation program, participants will discuss the transformation of relations and the balance of interests in global energy markets, issues of investment diversification, prospects for the development of the global LNG market, nuclear energy and new principles of the global hydrocarbon market in the context of the expansion of the BRICS. Discussions will take place on cooperation between the SCO and ASEAN states in the energy sector, cooperation between Russia and Africa and the practical implementation of joint energy projects, as well as the Russia–OPEC energy dialogue. Among the participants in the discussions: Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak, Minister of Energy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia H.E. Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman Al Saud, Secretary General of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) Haitham Al Gais, Minister of Petroleum and Mineral Resources of the Arab Republic of Egypt Karim Badawi, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Economic Relations of Hungary Peter Siyarto, Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Sergey Tsivilev, Secretary General of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum (GECF) Mohamed Hamel, Chairman of the African Chamber of Energy Anjay Ayuk.

As part of the REN-2025 program, the scientific and practical conference "Territory of Energy Dialogue" and the solemn ceremony of awarding the Global Energy International Award for outstanding research and scientific and technical developments that contribute to improving the efficiency and environmental safety of energy sources on Earth in the interests of humanity will traditionally take place. The winners of the international Energy of the Pen Award will also be awarded, designed to encourage journalists, columnists and experts who write about the most pressing issues of modern energy, including the transformation of the global energy balance, the development of new technologies and climate change.

The Russian Energy Week International Forum will once again be held at two venues: the Manege Central Exhibition Hall will host business events, and Gostiny Dvor will host an exhibition of equipment and technologies for the fuel and energy sector, where leading manufacturers, equipment suppliers, and technology companies from all sectors of the fuel and energy sector will present promising projects and breakthrough achievements., innovative equipment and advanced technologies for a wide audience of companies in the industry specializing in the extraction, processing, transportation, transmission and distribution of energy resources.
