UK will present a report on the investigation of the collapse of a school in Tatarsk

A report on the progress of the criminal investigation into the partial collapse of a secondary school building in the city of Tatarsk, Novosibirsk region, will be sent to the central office of the Investigative Committee (IC) of Russia. This was reported on September 21 in the Telegram channel of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.

"The head of the department instructed Evgeny Dolgalev, head of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Novosibirsk Region, to submit a report on the investigation and the circumstances established," the message said.

As a result of the tragedy, three people died.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that part of the building collapsed at school No. 5 in the city of Tatarsk. There were no casualties, as no one was in the facility at the time of the incident. Special services and the emergency commission were working on the site. The school building, built in 1937, was put into operation before the school year. The final decision on the fate of the building will be made after an inspection by a licensed organization.
