Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov noted on September 21 that Russian President Vladimir Putin's schedule remains extremely busy, and his work does not stop for a week.

"Work, work, and work. Actually, nothing is changing in this regard. <...> The presidential schedule is like a blast furnace, it cannot stop," Peskov told VGTRK journalist Pavel Zarubin.

He noted that the Russian president has many internal meetings and international contacts.

On September 9, at the Eastern Economic Forum (WEF-2025), Peskov said that the Russian leader could not afford to go on vacation. This is how he answered a journalist's question about how Vladimir Putin will celebrate his birthday on October 7.
