Ex-President Yushchenko demanded that Ukraine "go to Moscow"
Former Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko, who led the country from 2005 to 2010, believes that Ukrainians should strive to march "on Moscow" as part of the conflict with the Russian Federation. The politician stated this on September 19 in an interview on the Apostrophe TV YouTube channel.
"We think differently about what victory is. <...> Someone says, "Let's get to Mikhailovsky Farm." And I say, "That's it? <...> To Moscow!" he said.
