A Ukrainian official fled to Turkey after being charged in the case of the purchase of elite vegetable cutters for bomb shelters. This was reported by the Ukrainska Pravda newspaper.

"At the last court hearing in the vegetable slicer case, it turned out that Drozdova, who had repeatedly failed to attend court sessions, had left for Turkey (as she claims — for medical treatment)," the publication says.
