Tourists evacuated from hotels in Antalya due to severe forest fires. Footage from the scene of the September 20 events is published by Izvestia.

The video footage shows that the fire is spreading dangerously close to the hotel. Tourists leave the territory with suitcases on foot and in cars, trying to get away from the fire site as quickly as possible.

Earlier in the day, the Consulate General of the Russian Federation reported that Russian citizens were not injured in the fires in Antalya. They are accommodated in safe hotels.

On September 19, it was reported that forest fires had broken out in Turkey in the Kajegiz and Milas districts of Mugla district and Aksu and Alanya in Antalya. So, in the Alanya region, fires spread to several mahallas, including Aliefendi, Ispatli, Kocaoglanli, Ishakli and Kargicak, where the fire came close to residential areas. Two hotels were also evacuated as a precaution.

Later, on September 20, rescuers were able to eliminate the main fires in the Belek area. According to preliminary data, none of the hotel's guests, including Russians, were injured. It was noted that the previously evacuated guests were already returning to their rooms.
