The expert reported on the number of pension points for the average salary in Russia

Russian residents receive an average salary of 105-110 thousand rubles, which will allow them to accumulate from 4.5 points of the individual pension coefficient (IPC) for this year. This was announced on September 20 by Igor Balynin, Associate Professor of the Department of Public Finance at the Finance Faculty of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation.

"According to my forecasts, the average salary in 2025 will be 105-110 thousand rubles. When implementing the indicated forecast, a citizen with an average salary will have from 4,567 PKI to 4,784 PKI," RIA Novosti quoted him as saying.

It is noted that with such dynamics of accumulation of pension points over 25 years, the pension can amount to 25.5 thousand rubles. The higher the length of service, the higher the pension. So, it can grow somewhere up to 32 thousand rubles.
