The State Duma does not plan to impose penalties for the use and storage of vapes if a law on a complete ban on their sale comes into force in Russia. This was announced on September 20 by the head of the Duma Committee on Health Protection Sergey Leonov, the LDPR faction.
"I think if the ban on sales comes into force, then it will be possible to use vapes in the future. There are no problems with this. <...> In this regard, I do not think that there will be serious restrictions or even restrictions at all, because this is not part of our tasks," TASS quoted him as saying.
