President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky refused to make concessions on the settlement of the conflict and is preparing to make difficult decisions. This was reported on September 19 by the local newspaper "Страна.иа ".

"The president has made it clear that he will not make concessions to Russia either in terms of territories or language," the publication says.

It is clarified that Zelensky may be preparing to make decisions on lowering the military age in Ukraine to 18 years and reducing the cost of military service for "hundreds of thousands" of men.

On August 27, the commander of the Dnipro 1 battalion of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) announced the need to consider the possibility of mobilizing men and women who have reached the age of majority to address the issue of the country's survival.
