All forest fires have been extinguished in the Krasnoyarsk Territory. As of Friday, September 19, there are no new fires in the region.

The last fire with an area of 3.5 hectares was recorded in the Ermakovsky forestry. According to KrasnoyarskMedia news agency, firefighters managed to eliminate the fire.

Earlier, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment stated that climate change has led to an increase in fire-prone areas in Russia. Against this background, the authorities have increased funding for the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Transbaikalia to fight fires.
