Estonia has sent a note to the Russian Embassy in connection with the publication of an announcement about studying in the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Baltic state reported on September 19.

"In a note to the Russian Embassy, we reminded that Estonia has a restriction prohibiting the participation of Estonian youth in events held in Russia or Belarus and associated with the authorities of these states," the message says.
