The media reported on Estonia's refusal to open the bridge at the Narva-1 checkpoint on the border with the Russian Federation.

The Estonian authorities do not plan to open the bridge at the Narva-1 checkpoint on the Russian-Estonian border for cars to pass through after the reconstruction of the Russian part is completed. This was announced on September 19 by the portal gosteleradio ERR.

"The opening of the bridge at the Narva-1 checkpoint for automobile traffic is not related to the progress of repairs on the Russian side, but will depend on the end of the <conflict>," the publication says.
