The list of Russian services and websites available during mobile network restrictions in Russia for security purposes will be updated every week. This was announced on September 19 by the head of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation Maksut Shadaev on the sidelines of the Kazan Digital Week forum.

"The white lists will continue to be updated weekly," TASS quoted him as saying.

Shadaev also clarified that the list of digital platforms will be updated based on the rating of the most popular Internet resources.

On September 5, the press service of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation reported that operators began testing access to popular Internet services during periods of Internet restrictions.

Later, the ministry added that the list of resources available in Russia under the conditions of limited mobile Internet, at the second stage, will include the media, banks, pharmacies. According to the press service of the Ministry of Finance, the websites of the State Duma, the Federation Council, the Prosecutor General's Office and the Ministry of Emergency Situations will also be added to the list in the near future.
