The appearance of a Russian army truck with a new tactical badge caused hysteria in Ukraine. This was announced on September 19 by Vladimir Rogov, Chairman of the Commission of the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation on sovereignty, co-chairman of the Coordinating Council for the integration of new regions.

"The appearance on the Internet of a video with one truck of Russian troops with a certain new tactical sign caused a real hysteria in Ukraine and panic that Russia had allegedly already deployed new offensive forces to the Zaporizhia region," he said in an interview with RIA Novosti.
