The British intelligence service MI6 is planning to launch a special platform on the darknet, the purpose of which will be to recruit new agents. This was reported on September 18 by The Times newspaper.

"They [agents] will be able to spy for the UK without meeting personally with their "handler" from MI6, and perhaps it will be easier for them to avoid punishment," the publication says.

This platform has already been named Silent Courier. It is stated that its official purpose is to ensure national security.

Earlier, on June 27, it was reported that the grandfather of the new head of the British foreign intelligence service MI6, Blaze Metreveli, turned out to be a Ukrainian collaborator, he collaborated with the Reich during the occupation of Ukraine by Nazi Germany.
