Sobyanin announced the signing of a series of documents at the Cloud Cities Forum

As part of the forum on the future of BRICS cities, Cloud Cities, a series of documents on cooperation in the field of digitalization of urban governance were signed, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin said in the MAX messenger.

Among the signed documents are memoranda of understanding with Minsk, Astana and Bishkek. An agreement was also signed at the forum on the transfer of the unified automated information system "Cadres 2.0" to the Leningrad Region. In addition, a joint statement was adopted with a representative of the Rio de Janeiro Mayor's Office, which will expand bilateral cooperation.

According to Sobyanin, the Russian capital has been implementing digital technologies in all sectors of the urban economy since 2011. "We implement more than 300 projects annually. And today we are ready to share best practices with other cities in Russia and abroad," the mayor said.

The Cloud Cities Forum was held in Zaryadye on September 17-18. It brought together hundreds of experts from Russia and other countries, including China. Experts discussed the role and application of robotic technologies and AI for building megacities of the future.
