The Moscow Arbitration Court has satisfied the claim of the Russian Direct Investment Fund (RDIF) to Maria Pevchikh (recognized in the Russian Federation as a foreign agent and an extremist). The relevant information appeared in the court's file on September 18.

The claim was fully satisfied, its details were not disclosed.

The application was submitted on April 17, 2025. The appeal to the court took the form of a statement of claim for economic disputes arising from civil law relations.
