If a person fears that the loan may not be repaid, then even small amounts should be issued with a receipt. This was announced by civil lawyer Alla Georgieva on Thursday, September 18.

"Large amounts can also be processed through a notary using a loan agreement or a money transfer agreement. If the contract is with interest, this is also prescribed, as well as the repayment procedure — monthly or at once," she said in an interview with RT.

The lawyer recommended that such contracts be drawn up in writing, regardless of the amount.

Georgieva noted that if there is no contract, chatting will be enough.

"This will also be considered admissible evidence in court. If the other party objects, the plaintiff will need to have the correspondence notarized," the expert emphasized.

In addition, it is worth carrying a money transfer certificate or a payment order, she concluded.

On the same day, Georgieva told Moscow 24 that bailiffs do not have the right to collect debts from maternity capital and monetized benefits.

Earlier that day, Tamara Gorbunova, an independent financial consultant and personal budget expert, told Izvestia how to use credit cards correctly. According to the expert, this is a powerful financial tool, but it requires a disciplined approach. She stressed that you should use a credit card when you have money, not when you don't have it. That is, you need to use it for everyday expenses, but only for those for which you already have money on your debit card. You should pay with a credit card, and then — during the interest—free period - repay the entire debt.

All important news is on the Izvestia channel in the MAX messenger.
