Dmitry Kozak wrote a statement of his own volition about resigning from the post of deputy head of the presidential administration, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on September 18.

"The decree has not been published, I can confirm that he has indeed resigned of his own accord," Peskov told reporters.
