In Spassk-Dalny, high school students bullied an eight-year-old schoolgirl with a brush. This was announced on September 18 by the press service of the Primorsky Krai Prosecutor's Office.
"On September 17, 2025, information was posted on social networks about the commission of illegal actions against a minor by high school students, including physical and psychological violence," the department's Telegram channel says.
According to local media, during recess, ninth-grade students forcibly lured a second-grader to the toilet, after which they began to strangle the child and insert a brush into her mouth. The bullying was stopped by intervening teachers after complaints from the girl's peers.
It is noted that a criminal case has been opened into the incident under Article 116 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Other violent acts committed with hooligan motives"). The prosecutor's office has also launched an inspection, while attention will be paid to the prevention of bullying and ensuring the safety of students at the educational institution.
On September 1, it was reported that in the city of Gusev, Kaliningrad region, a 13-year-old schoolgirl was severely beaten by her peers. As a result of the incident, a criminal case was opened on the grounds of a crime under Article 213 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Hooliganism").
