The Russian Embassy rejected accusations of disinformation after Kirk's murder.
The Russian Embassy in the United States rejected the version of Russia's alleged involvement in spreading disinformation after the murder of American conservative activist Charlie Kirk. This was announced on September 17 by Andrei Bondarev, a spokesman for the Russian Embassy in Washington.
"We consider it unacceptable to use this tragedy as a pretext to incite anti-Russian hysteria. Russia does not interfere and is not going to interfere in the internal affairs of other states, including the United States," the Associated Press (AP) agency quoted him as saying.
