On September 18, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation announced a new fraud scheme on the Fragment platform.

"A citizen writes to a "buyer" who is indifferent to the real appearance of a "nickname." His goal is to offer a high price and convince of the legality of the transaction through the Fragment platform, where nicknames are really sold for cryptocurrency," the Telegram channel of the Department for Combating the Illegal Use of Information and Communication Technologies (UBK) of the Russian Interior Ministry says.
