In the city of Shebekino, a drone of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked a car, killing a civilian. His brother was seriously injured and was taken to the Shebekinsky CRH. This was announced on September 18 by Vyacheslav Gladkov, Governor of the Belgorod Region.

"The worst thing happened — a civilian was killed. The man died on the spot from his injuries," he said on his Telegram channel.
