An emergency situation regime was introduced in the village of Likhovskoye in the city of Kamensk-Shakhtinsky, Rostov region, due to a fire that damaged residential buildings. This was announced on September 17 by the acting governor of the Rostov region, Yuri Slyusar.

"A serious fire broke out around noon. Unfortunately, the fire did not spare residential buildings, 13 households were damaged, six of them residential, and four houses burned to the ground...> The municipality has introduced an emergency regime in the affected area," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
