The media reported on the deportation of a Ukrainian who launched a UAV in Warsaw
The Polish authorities have decided to deport a Ukrainian detained for launching a drone over the presidential residence. This was announced on September 17 by the Polish radio company RMF.
"The police have opened a criminal case on violation of the provisions of the Law on Aviation against a Ukrainian who launched a drone over the headquarters of the president and government buildings in Warsaw. It was also decided to deport the man," the article says.
It is specified that the man controlled the drone in a closed area, thereby violating the law "On Aviation". He was fined 4 thousand zloty.
The journalists claim that the prosecutor's office's request to extradite the 21-year-old man from the country was sent to the border guard service, shortly after which a decision was made to deport him.
