Russian President Vladimir Putin said he intends to call the country's Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak. He announced this at a meeting with the Cabinet of Ministers of the Russian Federation on September 17.

"I want to address Alexander Valentinovich Novak. Alexander Valentinovich, we were just talking before this meeting. I have one more question. Are you in your place now? <...> Then I'll call you now after the meeting," Putin said.
