- In the USA, a former military man rammed through the gates of the FBI office in a car.
A former American military man, a resident of Pennsylvania, Donald Henson, while driving a car, rammed through the metal gates of the FBI building in Pittsburgh at high speed. As reported by ABC News on September 17.
After colliding with the fence, the man got out of the car, took the American flag out of the trunk and hung it on the fence. At the same time, an obscene inscription with obscene language was placed on the side of the attacker's car. After the incident, the man disappeared.
"We consider this as a terrorist act. It was a targeted attack. Fortunately, no one was injured, but we will make every effort to find, detain and bring this man to justice in full, " said FBI Agent Christopher Giordano.
According to the representative of the department, the man could have committed suicide after the incident. The FBI determined that Henson probably has mental problems. At the moment, his whereabouts have not been established.
The Australian TV channel 9News, citing data from law enforcement agencies, reported on the night of September 1 that a car with an unknown person drove into the gates of the Russian consulate.
