A college in Energodar was damaged during the Ukrainian attack

As a result of the shelling of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) Energodar, a satellite city of the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant (NPP), the college building was damaged. This was announced on September 17 by the mayor Maxim Pukhov.

"As a result of a barbaric artillery strike on Energodar by the Ukrainian Armed Forces, the building of the college branch of Melitopol State University was damaged," he wrote on the Telegram channel.

According to Pukhov, a Ukrainian shell exploded 50 meters from the academic building. He also added that as a result of the incident, no one in the building was injured.

An assessment of the damage caused by the shelling is currently underway.

Mobile firing groups of commandant's offices will protect military and civilian objects in the near rear from drones.

Earlier that day, acting Governor of the Kursk region, Alexander Khinstein, reported that a Ukrainian drone had attacked a gas station in the city of Lgov. According to Khinstein, there were no injuries as a result of the incident.
