The Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a drone strike on a temple in the Kherson region

The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) have launched a drone strike on the church of the Great Martyr Dmitry Solunsky in the Alyoshkinsky district of the Kherson region. This was announced on September 17 by the head of the district Ruslan Khomenko.

"In Brilevka, at about 02:15 Moscow time on September 17, an APU drone dropped ammunition on the territory of a church in honor of the Great Martyr Demetrius of Thessalonica of the Russian Orthodox Church. The windows were broken and the facade of the building was damaged. Fortunately, no one was injured," Khomenko told TASS.
