The Kremlin noted Putin's respect for the Russian military

Russian President Vladimir Putin always shows respect to the Russian military. This was announced on September 17 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov.

"As for respect for our military, the president always shows it and it is always a priority in his work. Especially during the CBO," Peskov said at a briefing.

The press secretary of the Russian president also stressed that Putin positively assesses the progress and results of the Russian-Belarusian military exercises Zapad-2025.

The day before, the Russian leader appeared at the Zapad-2025 exercises in a military uniform. He put on a field set of military uniforms without shoulder straps, with patches "President of the Russian Federation" and "Putin V.V.".
