Sobyanin spoke about the formation of a new framework of inpatient care in the capital

By 2030, a new framework for inpatient care will be completed in Moscow. Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin told about this on his channel in the MAX messenger. As part of the program, it is planned to build 11 new hospital buildings and reconstruct 43 more.

According to the mayor of the capital, the city authorities began a large-scale modernization of the capital's hospitals in 2010. During this time, significant results have been achieved: the volume of high-tech medical care has increased almost sixfold, and almost 80% of surgical procedures are performed using minimally invasive methods, which has significantly reduced the recovery time of patients. Several large multifunctional medical complexes have also started operating in Moscow, including the MMCC "Kommunarka", the Infectious Diseases Clinical Hospital No. 1, and the MSCC named after Loginov, the new multidisciplinary complex of the St. Vladimir State Clinical Hospital, the traumatological and Orthopedic building of the State Clinical Hospital No. 31 named after Academician Savelyeva.

Also, a new framework for emergency care has already been formed in Moscow. It is provided by six flagship centers, where more than 10 thousand units of high-tech medical equipment are installed and about 60 operating rooms are equipped, including hybrid ones that allow performing the most complex operations. With the introduction of the new standard, the rate at which patients receive emergency care has increased by one and a half times. For young patients, there are well-equipped buildings of the Morozovskaya hospital and a new complex of St. Vladimir's Hospital, six specialized centers for providing care to patients with chronic diseases, and early care centers are operating in a pilot mode. In addition, another multidisciplinary children's hospital is planned to be built in the capital in the coming years.
