In the new edition of the Mash news show "Morning Exercise" with Ivan Orlov-Smorodin and Karina Kizeeva, we again discussed hot topics, which were hotly debated over the past weekend both in the comments and in society.

The main theme of the issue was the generation of zoomers and their attitude to sexuality. It turned out that the intimate sphere is losing importance for young people: in the United States, the average is only three acts per month, and many representatives of the generation openly admit that they are disgusted by discussing intimate topics. Karina Kizeeva, who belongs to this generation, said that in her school years, sexual content was everywhere, but it was perceived more as an annoying background.

"Nowadays, apparently, sex has already been sold," she said ironically, comparing the experience with the school years of Orlov-Smorodin, when the industry actively used the postulate "sex sells."

In a live survey, 60% of viewers considered it normal to postpone the first sexual experience to a later date, 40% disagreed.

"Zoomers are the most interesting generation for researchers. These are people who go to work, choose important things in life. The oldest of them are 25, and the youngest are 13-14. Yes, there is a decrease in interest in the topic of sex all over the world. Russia has experienced three waves of sexual revolutions in recent years, and everything that was forbidden fruit for everyone is no longer such for zoomers. In this sense, the desacralization of sex, its accessibility, and sex education have made sex a common practice. In addition, zoomers are considered a prosperous generation in Russia, more prosperous than millennials. And the more prosperous the environment, the later the age of entry into sexual relations comes. If we combine total sexualization and general well—being, we can indeed detect a decrease in interest in sex," said Alexander Rikel, Candidate of Psychological Sciences, associate professor at the Faculty of Psychology at Moscow State University.

He also noted a curious trend discovered in the course of personal research: the more often people are involved in different dating stories, the more they devalue romantic stories. But there is no need to worry: "Love is an eternal value, and as long as this is the case, the globe will still spin and live."

No less discussed was the story of the dismissal of a physical education teacher, a father with many children, who in his spare time carried humanitarian aid to his fighters. He was forced to sign a statement "of his own volition." Lawyer Alexey Kozakov spoke in the studio and explained whether it was possible to defend one's rights in such a situation.

"It is impossible to talk about the legality of dismissal here, that is, there is no main feature here — the very will to quit, the desire. A former employee can go to court, provide audio recordings and correspondence with proof that his will was influenced. The court can reinstate the employee and force the employer to pay a fine," he said.

The international part of the broadcast was determined by the news about the death of American activist Charlie Kirk. The alleged killer turned out to be a 22-year-old Utah resident. The detail that shocked the presenters was that the father of the criminal convinced his son to confess his deed to the pastor, but the priest, as it turned out, was connected with law enforcement agencies.

Among the quick news are Lukashenko's visit to someone else's wedding in Minsk, where he suddenly congratulated the newlyweds and gave them the keys to a rented bed, protests in London against illegal migration that gathered a record number of participants over a decade, and the curiosity of the grave—digging championship, where Russia took last place.

The new issue of "Morning Exercise" has shown that in a dynamic narrative there is a place for jokes about generations, as well as for acute social and international topics. The show airs in the Mash community on VK Video daily on weekdays at 9 a.m.
