OpenAI Announces Privacy Expansion and Enhanced Security
OpenAI intends to strengthen the protection of user data and expand security measures when working with the chat bot ChatGPT. This was announced on September 16 by the head of the company, Sam Altman, in a corporate blog.
"We are developing advanced security features to ensure the confidentiality of your data, even from OpenAI employees," Altman noted.
However, he stressed that exceptions would be made: automated systems would continue to monitor cases of serious abuse, and threats to human life or public safety could be referred to specialists.
Earlier, on September 11, it was reported that OpenAI had signed a contract with Oracle for the acquisition of computing power in the amount of $300 billion. It was noted that the cooperation was concluded for a five-year period in order to expand opportunities in the field of artificial intelligence.
