Nehlen also advises making an assessment of liquidity and prospects for value growth. According to him, buyers usually consider only current convenience, but forget about liquidity — how easy it will be to sell a house in five or ten years without losing value.

"What affects liquidity: the material of the house (stone houses last longer), documents and the status of the land (violations, unauthorized buildings, permits), location and infrastructure (areas with good transport accessibility are increasing in price), image and environment (villages with thoughtful architecture)," — said the director of the company.

He also noted that buying a house without renovation and landscaping can become a source of chronic stress. According to him, a long repair will make you lose the feeling of comfort and coziness. The owner will not have the opportunity to fully relax and unwind. For this reason, the expert recommends purchasing houses that are ready to move in.
