More than 4,800 km of road markings will be updated in Tula region

In the Tula Region, 4,834 km of road markings will be applied by the end of 2025, of which 3,682 km will fall on regional highways, and 1,152 km on local roads. This was reported on Tuesday, September 16, in the Telegram channel "Tula. Transport".

Modern materials will be used in the work. So, 25% of the markings on regional and 27% on local roads will be applied using thermoplastic, which is more visible at night and more resistant to wear.

According to TSN24, the work will be carried out as part of a program to improve the region's road infrastructure.

Earlier in September, it was reported that the repair of the next section of the federal highway M-4 "Don" had started in the Tula region. Work is underway from 132nd to 152nd km.
