A Russian citizen involved in the Beirut bombing has been detained in Bulgaria. This was announced on September 16 by the country's prosecutor's office.
"The Supreme Cassation Prosecutor's Office (VKP) has detained a citizen of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Cyprus for up to 72 hours...> for the purpose of extradition. The General Secretariat of the International Criminal Police Organization (Interpol) has put the man on the international wanted list with a red notice," the publication says.
