For the second day now, the logistics company PEC has been unable to eliminate the consequences of the information system failure, which effectively paralyzed the company's work. As reported in the carrier's official social networks, neither the website nor the mobile application have been available to users since the morning of November 19.

By now, the management of the transport company has decided to switch to paper document management.

"We are continuing to identify the causes of the failure in order to restore all services as quickly as possible. We have converted customer interaction to paper format. We strive to send and receive goods on time, however, there may be an increase in delivery times," the November 20 publication says.

At the same time, users on social networks claim that in reality, the "paper format" either works slowly or does not work at all. With this in mind, they also express concerns that the goods will be lost or delayed en route, writes <url>. Many demand compensation for disrupted deliveries.

In addition, warnings about possible fines from marketplaces are published on sellers' social media pages.

The PEC calls the cause of the incident a server failure, but users believe that a cyberattack has occurred, which the carrier's specialists are trying to deal with. The company does not comment on this version, noting only that "the security of customer data is ensured as usual."
