The Ukrainian conflict will end in a maximum of 90 days if European countries impose secondary duties on countries that purchase Russian oil. This was announced on September 16 by US Treasury Secretary Scott Bessant.

"I guarantee you that if Europe imposes significant secondary duties on buyers of Russian oil, the conflict will end in 60 or 90 days," he was quoted as saying by the Reuters news agency.
