Entrepreneurs from the CAO have collected food packages for military personnel

Entrepreneurs from the Levoberezhny district of the Northern Administrative District (CAO) of Moscow have collected food packages for military personnel. This was reported on September 16 by the Moscow news portal mos.ru .

It is noted that 250 food packages, including soups, second courses, homemade jam and condensed milk, were collected and handed over to the military at one time.

"I have a small store, and all of us — sellers, employees, drivers — try our best to help the guys. I don't think it's a feat, we're just doing what we need to do," said entrepreneur Gennady Frolov.

He stressed that not only food is being sent to the front line, but also clothes and generators.

"We managed to collect 50 cans of stewed buckwheat and chicken with pearl barley. We chose it so that it was tasty and healthy," said Pavel, the owner of a beauty salon on Belomorskaya Street.

Earlier, on September 5, Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin spoke on his official blog about the largest charity projects that are being implemented in the capital today. Among them is the Moscow Helps project, which organizes humanitarian aid collections for participants in a special military operation (SVO), as well as residents of new and border regions of Russia. There are 15 headquarters open for this purpose, working daily.
