"Since 2021, readers have studied materials on this topic more than 10 million times and added them to their favorites 38 thousand times. At the same time, the number of views over the year increased by 23% compared to last year's data," the publication says.

It turned out that cabbage blanks became the leader in the number of additions to favorites: pickling and pickling options collected a total of 2.5 thousand saves.

Zucchini recipes are particularly popular: articles about the preservation of this vegetable have gained more than 2.6 million views. In second place, tomato swirls received 2.2 million views. It has been noticed that Russians also prepare various snacks for the winter, such as cucumber salad and "lazy gypsy lecho."
