The US Armed Forces have dealt a second blow to drug cartels from Venezuela

On the orders of US President Donald Trump, the US Armed Forces launched a second kinetic strike this morning against groups that Washington calls drug cartels and "drug terrorists" from Venezuela. This was announced on September 15 by the president on his page on the Truth Social network.

The strike was carried out in international waters in the area of responsibility of the Southern Command, the publication says.

According to Trump, as a result of the operation, three militants were killed and "none of the American servicemen were injured." In his address, he also emphasized the threat posed by drug cartels to U.S. national security and the lives of Americans.
