The prosecutor's office has taken over the investigation of a criminal case initiated into a conflict between two teenagers in the capital's Severnoye Tushino district, as a result of which one of them was wounded by a flare gun. This was reported in the press service of the Moscow Prosecutor's Office on Monday, September 15.

"The Tushino interdistrict prosecutor's office controls the establishment of the circumstances of causing bodily harm to a minor. In the evening, during a sudden conflict on Vilis Latsis Street, an attacker shot a young man born in 2007 with a flare gun," the press service told the Moscow City News agency.

Earlier in the day, it was reported that a 15-year-old teenager shot at a 17-year-old boy during an argument, according to the website. kp.ru .

A criminal case was initiated on the grounds of a crime under paragraph "h" of Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of serious harm to health").

The incident occurred on September 13th. Then a sudden conflict arose between the teenagers against the background of personal hostile relations, writes Life.Ru . The victim was hospitalized. His life is not in danger.

The person involved was detained as soon as possible. He was charged. The issue of choosing a preventive measure for the accused is currently being resolved. The investigative authorities intend to file a petition for the election of a preventive measure in the form of imprisonment in the near future.
