In the north-west of Moscow, a 15-year-old teenager shot at a 17-year-old boy during an argument. This was announced on September 15 by the Moscow Main Investigation Department (GSU) of the Investigative Committee of Russia.
"The Tushinsky interdistrict investigative department of the investigative Department for the Northwestern Administrative District of the Main Investigative Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the city of Moscow is investigating a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under paragraph "h" of Part 2 of Article 111 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Intentional infliction of grievous bodily harm"), the Telegram channel of the department says.
The incident occurred on September 13th. Then a sudden conflict arose between the teenagers against the background of personal hostile relations. The victim was hospitalized. It is specified that his life is not in danger.
The person involved was detained as soon as possible. He was charged. The issue of choosing a preventive measure for the accused is currently being resolved. The investigative authorities intend to file a petition for the election of a preventive measure in the form of imprisonment in the near future.
On August 26, in the city of Malgobek in the Republic of Ingushetia, a 12-year-old boy inadvertently shot and killed a 15-year-old teenager. It was clarified that the incident occurred on the territory of a private house. A criminal case was opened into the death of a minor in accordance with Part 1 of Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Causing death by negligence").
