Peskov noted the artificial stalling of negotiations between Kiev and the EU

The authorities of Ukraine and European countries artificially slow down the process of peaceful settlement of the Ukrainian conflict, while the Russian side is ready for dialogue. This was announced on September 15 by Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov at a briefing.

"Kiev is artificially slowing down the process. No one wants to delve into the essence of the conflict. The Europeans are interfering with the case, the Europeans are not going to pay any attention to the root causes of this crisis," Peskov said.

He noted that Russia still remains open and ready for dialogue.
