The Prosecutor General's Office demanded the withdrawal of a group of Ural housing and communal services enterprises.

The Russian Prosecutor General's Office has filed a lawsuit with the Leninsky District Court of Yekaterinburg on the appeal to the income of the Russian Federation of a large energy company in the Sverdlovsk region, Oblkommunenergo. This was reported on September 15 by TASS with reference to the supervisory authority.

"The Prosecutor General's Office has identified violations of anti—corruption legislation in the actions of officials of the government of the Sverdlovsk Region, the state unitary enterprise of the Sverdlovsk Region Oblkommunenergo and its subsidiaries," the lawsuit says.
