The current governors are also winning in the Arkhangelsk region — Alexander Tsybulsky (67.32%), in Kostroma Region — Sergey Sitnikov (67.63%), in Irkutsk Region — Igor Kobzev (60.79%). Oleg Nikolaev won in Chuvashia with 67.06% of the votes, and Veniamin Kondratiev won in Krasnodar Krai with 83.41% of the votes after counting 98.02% of the protocols. In Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov leads with 88.15% after counting 98.62% of the protocols.
In the Sverdlovsk region, acting Governor Denis Pasler became the leader (61.3%), in Kursk — Alexander Khinstein (86.92%), in Orenburg — Evgeny Solntsev (83.85%), in Novgorod — Alexander Dronov (62.19%), in Tambov — Evgeny Pervyshov (73.84%), in the Jewish Autonomous Region — Maria Kostyuk (83.02%), in the Komi Republic — Rostislav Goldstein (70.04%).
According to the CEC of the Russian Federation, Yuri Slyusar, the acting head of the region, won the election of the governor of the Rostov region. He scored 81.2% of the votes after counting 99.05% of the protocols.
